The Val des Pins country cottage is for sale.
The Val des Pins comfortably sleeps 8 people.

You have about 45000 feet of land with trees and flowers.

The cottage is at the beach, the sunshine lasts all day, the view is magnificent, you can bathe, fish for trout and travel the lake by canoe, rowboat, kayak and pedal boat. The gasoline engines are prohibited on the lake, but it is possible to have an electric motor on demand ($).

You can watch birds because we feed them.

In winter, you can skate on a trail along the lake,  do snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.

For hygiene and allergies questions, we can't accept animals inside and outside the country cottage.

It is a smoke-free environment.
