- A 50% deposit payable upon reservation.
- The balance of payment is payable upon arrival.
- A security deposit of $ 500.00 will be required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned after verifying that no damage was found.
- Confirmation sent upon receipt of deposit.
- Telephone calls in the region are free..
- The calls can be made by using your calling card.
- For salubrity and allergy, we cannot accept animals inside and outside the country cottage.
- This is a smoke-free environment.
- Housekeeping included at the end of each location.
CANCELLATION FEES :
- More than 30 days before the beginning of your stay: an amount of 25% of the total cost of stay is kept as compensation.
- Between 15 and 30 days before the beginning of your stay: an amount equivalent to 50% of the total cost of stay is kept as compensation.
- Less than 14 days before the beginning of your stay, the entire amount is required as compensation.
- In case of cancellation for important reasons such as death or illness, there may be agreement on refund (with proofs).
